The Client intended to conduct a pre launch research for a technology enabled cricket bat

Approach

The Consumer Research was conducted in Coimbatore, Madurai & Salem. The respondents were asked to make use of the product before sharing their feedback. The study revealed that the product needed improvement in certain areas in order to be successful. The respondents of the Research gave many inputs for improving the product.

A customized Focus Group Discussion was conducted among Cricket Coaches from Schools and Academies in Chennai.

The Client got a list of insights for developing their technology enabled cricket product
