Overview

As the owners of one of the renowned idli/dosa batter brands in TN, the Client intended to conduct a study among their brand users and other target segments

Approach

A survey was conducted among 2 major groups of respondents. Users of the Client’s brand belonged to one group and users of other brands belonged to the second group. The survey was conducted in various parts of Chennai among homemakers.

Outcome

The study provided detailed information on the breakfast preferences, opinions on brands, buying behaviour, etc with respect to idli/dosa batter brands
