Overview
The Client wanted to find ideal locations for setting up a chain of state-of-the-art chicken meat shops
Approach
Strategic Location Analysis was conducted targeting 4 major clusters in the Chennai region. Competition mapping was also included in the study. Based on various aspects like demographic profiling, target audience settlement, etc, some of the most ideal locations were identified
Outcome
The specified locations were strategically analysed in the research and the most preferable locations, identified as Hotspots were recommended to the Client.
