Methodology

A structured survey was used to gather responses, focusing on the following areas:

• Current health monitoring practices, including usage of wearable devices, apps, or regular health check-ups.
• Perceptions and reactions to the concept of an app that combines health tracking with an emergency response feature.
• Potential concerns, expectations, and desired features in an emergency response app.
• Willingness to adopt the app, with a focus on features like automated alerts to emergency contacts, real-time vital tracking, and integration with health professionals.

Outcome

The research indicated a promising market potential for the emergency response app. Many respondents indicated a strong willingness to adopt the app, viewing it as an essential safety net in case of emergencies. Caretakers, in particular, showed interest due to the peace of mind provided by real-time alerts and tracking capabilities.
