Overview
The Client hired Brand Kare for conducting Blind Product Testing for 3 of their newly developed Hair Care products (2 Shampoo variants and 1 Hair Conditioner)
Approach
In-Home Usage Testing was the Research method chosen for all 3 products. Respondents were recruited for each product based on their respective Target Audience profile. The respondents used the product a specified number of times before taking the survey.
Outcome
The products received very good response based on the results of the studies. One of the shampoo products received some specific insights and strategic recommendations for improvement. These insights were incorporated and the product was reformulated. The new version was tested among the same respondents and their feedback was collected.
